  1. Edit Email Template while creating Campaign

    Emails inside the campaign editor can't be edited once they're added. I'm forced to create new templates but then we lose what we had (because we can't even SEE it) and it would be so much better to have a button that said edit template and then we can change what's already there.

  2. Allow for custom reply after meeting request

    It would be good to be able to edit the reply a client receives after booking a meeting, preferably even with conditional formatting. (if there will be different meeting types, see other suggestion, each meeting type shold have it own editable reply).

  3. Allow for differenet meeting types

    Currently the calendar/appointment function allows for one meeting type. I would be nice to have several meeting types (e.g. 15 min meeting Service A; 30 minute meeting Service B).

    Once you identify the leads, can you add a select all option when it comes to sourcing contact info... It's unnecessary that we have to tick each block on sometimes 12-18 pages

  8. Ability to add custom images such as prospect logo to personalized image

    It would be very nice to have the ability to add an image to the background image to be personalized. So the prospect would see Hi {{prospect_name}}, and the have a background image with {{my logo}} and the {{client logo}} on top. Cherry on the cake would be the automatic import of the client logo (based on the email address) from clearbit (if the clients logo is stored at clearbit of course). Adding an image should work via link to the image (not via upload) so one could also add screenshots from the client's website via an external screenshot service.

    The ability to "Auto Rotate Sending SMTP servers With Throttling Feature" is very important for cold email outreach to not trigger spam. It will certainly increase deliverabiliy and optimize workflows. Use Case would be to: Load up email SMTP accounts; Have the ability to select accounts to rotate from; Configure campaign email templates and automation sequences; Set a "daily sending limit" for Each account to send from, so your system would rotate through all SMTP Servers; Set and configure the Throttle, so your system will send out every few minutes from Each Account, instead of blasting all emails at once.

    Review each email per prospect: I think this is a CRITICAL FEATURE... We're building campaigns with a lot of personalization, in some cases the data from excel to salesblink can contain errors, so it's vital we see the end result before hitting "send"...just like with a normal email you review it before sending, so why not do it when sending hundreds of emails? Some of the biggest names in the space have this, for example Lemlist...small improvements like this will make you really stand out as a product
